active moves to the atooms namespace

After some minor improvements and a new, extensive public API, active moves to the atooms namespace. Its documentation will be moved to the centralized atooms documentation upon its completion. The code is available on Framagit in version 1.0.2. An official release is available on PyPI too.

First official release of active

active is a simulation backend for atooms, a high-level framework for particle-based simulations. This backend implements active matter systems, e.g. the Vicsek model as described in Vicsek et al. (1995) and in Grégoire and Chaté (2004). This backend seamlessly integrates with atooms, making it easy to run simulations of active matter systems with an expressive and easy to understand syntax. Together with the two most popular and discussed implementations of the Vicsek model provided with the package, the code allows for quick integration with user-supplied neighbor search and noise functions, greatly expanding the range of possible simulations....
